Rooms are good. Service is very good. Kundanji is very polite and comes on time for any room service. Food is tasty. Location is 10 meter from beach so you can go beach at anytime.

Rooms and food is average as far as price is concerned. Location is good , easy access to beach ... Food was not that good and costly too. Staff is very helpful. Overall experience is good not the best.

Rooms need a heavy mentainance quickly & Pool also. Otherwise very nice property we’ll like to visit again only if they maintain there rooms properly. Property is to be done pest control for mosquito every week. Staff is very helpful. Recommended😍😊. Thankyou😊

I have visited this hotel recently with family during Diwali vacation and my overall experience was very bad. Room condition was pathetic. Bathroom door was damaged and not closing properly. Mosquito net was missing in bathroom window which resulted in lot mosquito in the bathroom and room. Even we have seen fog in the bathroom. The room was very compact and bed size is small. The bed sheets were dirty and had to ask for replacement and even replaced ones was in the same condition. The TV connection was removed and no battery in the remote and didn’t get it till last moment. They are talking about their swimming pool but it wasn’t maintained and had to ask for cleaning. Looking at the overall condition of hotel, we have not taken dinner and lunch there. They provide breakfast as complementary but wasn’t good. Overall it was very bad experience and except location which was close to beach (not beachfront), nothing was up to the expectations considering the cost of room. The manager wasn’t even bothered to take any action on our complaint and just waiting for remaining payment. Don’t waste your money and there are better options nearby.

The best part is the resort is right by the beach. You take a hundred steps and you get a gorgeous view of the sea. Rooms are good but nothing extraordinary. Food is also ok not too amazing. The room service staff is responsive and courteous. The catering service lacks in some areas e.g. there was no drinking water at the breakfast buffet. The pool is small but the kids will enjoy. I would recommend Wood Villas for its location. If they work in some areas, this can become a top notch beach-front accomodation option.
