Visited this home stay with friends this weekend. A simple but very good place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Food is completely home made as per your requirement. Rooms-3/5 Food 5/5 Owner 6/5 (very polite and nice people so 1 star added hehee 😃 😊) Only 1 downside is its a little away from main beach so you need to walk on sand for 1 to 1.5 km to reach the main beach

Nice place and atmosphere. The rooms are clean and they also provide home cooked food which is difficult to find in homestays. Property is located just 2 mins distance from shrivardhan beach .

The home stay was very comfortable. The host was kind and well spoken, all our needs were provided for. The bathroom should have been a little more cleaner overall, but it was manageable. They provide food as well and it’s delicious. Highly recommend ordering their home cooked Thalis.

An excellent homestay just steps away from the beach. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the location. The caretaker Mr. Rishikesh was well mannered and soft spoken. He was always available to resolve any queries that we had. They provide homemade food at the property which was delicious. You have to inform in advance if you want to have food at the property. The beach was merely 5 minutes walk from the property. I recommend staying at Swapnapurti Holiday Home when visiting Shrivardhan. Thank you for the great service 😊.

Do not believe on photos, because room is very small and not clean.smart TV is there but due to internet speed you can not enjoy it. Also parking is in conjusted so it will create a problem. No doubt the food is good. I went there and after 1 hr left the place because it was not as expected and immediately took room in the sea wind resort which is nearby.

I'm senior citizen alongwith my friends visited this place on 23rd Oct 24 and to my surprise both Mr.& Mrs.Chogle are very helpful and because of heavy rain we could not went out for Dinner she cooked emergency food and that simple food also was very tasty. Despite of homestay this place is clean and maintained like house and not like hotel. Good bless both of you and wishing you all the best.

This homestay is an ideal choice for small families, including those with children, as the space is welcoming and family-friendly. The hosts are incredibly warm and attentive, specially Priyanka chogale Tai, making sure everything is just right during our stay. The timing for check-in and check-out was perfect, and the overall value for money is unbeatable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The host is very accommodative and service of food is good.The rooms are on the upper floor and the house is surrounded by coconut, betel nut and various other trees. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
