One of the worst experience of stay. 1. Rude staff 2. Overpriced restaurant, that can be managed but if you ask anything, they will not entertain you unless some other people oders the same thing. Not ready to make a dish for your request. 3. Worst cleanliness, you can find dust spiderweb next to your bed. Found animal waste directly in front of the room. 4. They do not provide even additional towel for the child, when I argued they provided hand towel for the ch, pathetic behavior. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, please avoid this place.

I recently stayed at Niwant Sagar Beach Resort and had a disappointing experience. The room allotted to us was located directly behind the kitchen, and the exhaust outlet was positioned right in front of our door. For most of the day we had to tolerate an intense fish smell, which was extremely uncomfortable—especially considering we had clearly informed them that we are vegetarians. Additionally, the room height was surprisingly low. As a six-foot-tall person, I couldn’t even raise my hand fully without touching the ceiling, which made the room feel very cramped. Another major concern is the approach road to the resort. The road is extremely narrow and poorly designed, and anyone driving a car should expect the possibility of scratches or difficulty maneuvering, especially if you care about your vehicle. One more important point: make sure you record your communication or have written confirmation, because the statements and assurances we received before arrival were changed once we reached the property. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would strongly advise future visitors to clarify room details and consider the access route before booking.

Wow, what an amazing experience — I’m definitely never visiting this place again. The room rent? Oh, delightfully overpriced. The food-making charges? Absolutely premium… for no reason. And after paying all that money, what do you get? Yup, a whole buffet of disappointment. Hospitality? Humanity? Service? All proudly rated at a solid zero. Perfect.

Additionally, a stray dog frequently disturbed guests during lunch and dinner, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness also has room for improvement. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better service, hygiene, and guest management would enhance the experience significantly.
