The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Every room has a balcony. Beach is not visible from room but is 800 mtrs from the premise. The hotel serves veg food, the food is tasty but quantity little less. The beat part of the hotel is its swimming pool which is open till 6-7pm.
The resort has spacious premises with enough parking and a decent pool, but the overall experience was mixed. The room was okay, though the balcony lacked any proper view. Food is strictly vegetarian, which is fine since it’s mentioned on their site, but non‑veg seekers will need to explore outside restaurants. Veg food quality was somewhat OK. Access to the beach requires a 10–15 minute walk, though driving closer is possible and convenient with kids. The road from the main chowk to the hotel is narrow with limited lighting, and the back side of the property has no fencing, making it unusable at night. Connectivity was another drawback—no mobile network, unstable Wi‑Fi, and no telephone in the room meant stepping down to reception even for small requests. The television also had no dish or cable connection and relied only on Wi‑Fi, which was too unstable to use, making it practically useless. The biggest issue was hygiene: extra large cockroaches kept appearing in the bathroom. (After we asked to receptionist) Despite being given HIT spray and later some toilet fixes, the problem persisted, making it very uncomfortable. Almost 6-8 cockroaches were killed by myself by spraying lot of HIT, making the bathroom less accessible, and got headache due to its smell. Overall, while the resort offers space, parking, and a pool, the lack of proper maintenance, connectivity, and cleanliness overshadowed the positives. Only book if you don't have any other options.
Not actually beach resort. Beach is on 10 minutes walk. On year end due to crowd they didn't have enough staff to serve guests. Bathroom was little smelly. Peak season wise rate was high, but overall okay to stay and for Veg food.
The resort was very good — with a pleasant atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The vegetarian food was also excellent. The only suggestion would be to provide a hot water kettle for drinking purposes, and to have better facilities for tea, coffee, and drinking water in the rooms.
The experience was disappointing for several reasons. There is no landline in the room, so any request requires going down to the reception. Being a pure vegetarian hotel, non-vegetarian food is not allowed at all. Hot water is available only during limited hours, and we did not receive it on the second day. The breakfast was not good, and we were denied breakfast despite arriving before 10 a.m., as they claimed the cafeteria was closed. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.
The place deserves 5 stars for the combination of service and price. I enquired almost every place before finding this during diwali vacations. Everybody was asking exuberant rates but they charged very reasonable and place was excellent. Spacious rooms, ample parking, swimming pool, friendly staff. Only veg food but there are nearby options. Beach is close, easily walkable. I wish many resorts had the attitude like them. The owner is available there and take care of everything. Hence, they r not 5 star facility but definitely needs 5 star rating
Really nice place - the beach is 100 mtrs - you can walk through maitri beach resort and reach murud beach. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are big - and the views towrds the village is very peaceful. Dint try the food here. The road to the hotel gets a little difficult due to us tourist.
