Treebo Ss Residency With Mountain View

Had a very high hopes as it was one of the hotel from Treebo chain, but god forbid if anything worked out in our stay. Had booked 4 rooms with my whole family, the owner was quite stubborn and rude to begin with. It was as if they were angry that we booked our stay there. It was only for one evening. We asked nicely if we can sit besides the so called pool, the owner made up a story of poisonous frogs at night, The rooms were quite decent, do not fall for the breakfast as the hotel doesn't have any decent breakfast to offer you. The people who run the business are not so nice to elderly and the lift doesn't work aswell. We cancelled our plan to extend our stay there further and thank god I only booked a night there. Totally not worth it, there are 2-3 beaches karde, murud, Ladghar, I would recommend home stays near those beaches, rather than this property, Sorry not worth thousands you would spend there if you're more than 5-6 people

Photos shown are very old, currently property is in ok condition. Lift works but you can't select the floor, need to go to top floor and then walk down to designated floor. Swimming pool is just for name sake, no lights in the pool area, pool not clean. Breakfast is with limited options and not that great. WiFi not working. No hot water in morning.

Don’t get fooled by the photos shown online — they are old and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The hotel itself is quite old and poorly maintained. The location is remote, which makes things even more inconvenient. Breakfast options are very limited and not worth looking forward to. Hot water is not available for bathing, which is a major downside, especially if you’re staying during colder weather. The service is pathetic overall — extremely slow and unorganized. Mobile network is another big issue. There is no signal for most networks; only BSNL works, which makes it difficult to stay connected. The hotel seems understaffed, with only 2–3 staff members managing the entire property in shifts. While a few staff members are polite and try to help, others are rude and unprofessional. Overall, the stay was disappointing and not worth the price. I would not recommend this place unless there are no other options available.

Hotel infrastructure is good. Owner was also friendly and trying to help as much as possible but they lack many things. Lift doesn't go upto second floor so we had to climb the stairs. Restaurant and pool not working. They even get the complementary breakfast from outside and don't make it themselves. Owner was trying his best to help everyone and get things done. But I would recommend them to start the restaurant and repair the lift and give geyser in each room.

One of the basest experiences i had in my entire life. The rooms were full of pests No washroom sanitation, washroom without exhaust. Rooms are full of bad odour. Hotel does not have in house housekeeping. Hotel charges for Water bottles. Rooms with Zero amenities. Hotel does not have facility of Restaurant, they will give you breakfast with only two options Upma & poha
