Shantai Home stay is one of the best homestay in chaul and around area. U can enjoy real kokani ambiance and peace of mind here. Owner Mr.naik uncle is very co operative in nature. Rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean with hot water facility. 24 hrs wi-fi Surrounded with lush green coconut trees. Location is very beautiful.

Really nice place to enjoy your holidays. Owners are very nice and helpful. There is a nice garden with some relaxing places. Rooms are spacious and can fit 4 people in room. Only downside is there is no food available there but they have small kitchen setup which will serve tea and coffee. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Staying in Kokan with homely environment was something I always wanted to do. The food was delicious and serving was good too. Naik uncle was very engaging and has lot stories to tell. Definitely will come back.

We stayed in Shantai for two days, we appreciate the efforts in Hospitality offered by Mr. and Mrs. Naik particularly in this rainy season with smiling face and personal touch. Which is beyond expectation. We were only two persons, but we were treated personally, though caretaker was not available. Being retired hospitality professional, I appreciate them and highly recommend to visit, we have planned to visit again. Food preparation was excellent.
