Saffronstays Amavi Beach House

Had an amazing stay at Amavi, Dapoli. The food was very good and the location is excellent, just about 5 minutes from the beach, with plenty of good food options around the property. A special mention to Mukund, the caretaker, who was absolutely exceptional and made the stay even more comfortable. The only downside was that one side boundary wall wasn’t there due to some issue, which slightly affected privacy. Apart from that, everything was great. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The on-site support staff, Mukund and his wife looked after us so well! We were treated to fresh fish that was cooked to perfection and delicious, homely breakfasts every morning. The Location & Experience The weather in Murud was delightful, making our outdoor plans even better. We spent some great time enjoying the activities on Murud Beach, and a visit to the nearby Karde Beach is a must—it’s absolutely lovely and serene. One of the coolest experiences was heading to Harnai Port to witness the famous fish auction. It’s a vibrant, authentic slice of local life that you shouldn't miss if you're staying here. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape to the coast!

Good location and well-maintained We liked how close the villa is to the beach—just a few minutes by foot. The villa is beautifully decorated. The place is tidy, the staff is helpful and cooks homely food. Overall it’s a nice option for a relaxed getaway.

Our stay at Amaavi Beach Resort, Dapoli was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the caretaker Mukund made us feel so welcome and cared for. The location is very convenient, and we loved walking through the village to the beach every morning. The food was homely and every meal felt freshly prepared with love. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, calm, and coastal charm. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back soon!

This is a tastefully built bungalow with a beautiful lawn and garden with provision for bonfire if interested. The property is managed by a very friendly couple. We stayed here with our parents and they gracefully accommodated us on the ground floor as per our request. We had a pleasant stay here and enjoyed some short trips to nearby beaches and other attractions 1-2 hours drive away.

Exceptional Coastal Retreat! ​We had an incredible stay at Amavi Beach House. The bungalow is beautifully designed with a layout that feels both open and intimate. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the choicest furniture throughout gives the entire property a very rich and premium feeling. ​A few highlights from our trip: ​The Food: Absolutely excellent. We visited the local Harne Beach market to pick up fresh fish, and the kitchen team did a fantastic job preparing it for us. ​The Beach: Just steps away, very clean, and easily accessible. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. ​The Drive: Very convenient to reach by road from both Mumbai and Pune, making it an ideal weekend getaway. ​If you are looking for a luxurious, well-maintained stay with great hospitality and proximity to the ocean, this is it.
