Very lonely place with no occupancy in the society. When I was staying with my family there for 1 night, it felt like place is completely abandoned with no family staying. Also place is away from market which creates inconvenience for getting basic groceries.

Great experience staying here over the weekend. The food is served at the property which makes it a relaxing weekend getaway where you don’t have to leave the resort. The place has a children’s play area and swimming pool as well.

Think before investing your hard earned money ! had very bad experience buying flat at CASA ASUD. We booked 1 BHK flat and deposited 4 lakhs in 2 months time. Due to some personal reasons we had to cancel it. They charged heavily on us..72,000 . Ideally there should be no charges as no agreement was made. There's sales person will not let you talk .He just keeps on blabbering the same thing over and over. He forced us to book the property without giving us enough time to think about it. They claim that they had heavy losses but reality is property is 6 years old (this was not told to us untill bank did a survey) logically property should have been sold in past few years..and they claim they had huge financial loss for 2 months. SERIOUSLY!!! Some how I feel the property is OVERPRICED.When we applied for Bank loan ,the bank valued a lesser amount than their selling price. Think before investing your hard earned money !

The Good: The location in Asud village is stunning, surrounded by mountains on all sides. Unit B201 is a cozy, clean 1 BHK service apartment with a lovely sitting balcony. There is ample parking, and it is great value for money (paid around Rs. 3,700). The Not-So-Good: Service was a letdown. Upon arrival, the lights and kettle weren't working, and the staff seemed untrained regarding the AC and WiFi. The swimming pool is okay but has some chipping tiles at the bottom, so be careful. Important Tips: Network: Only BSNL works here; expect a digital detox. Food: No restaurant on-site, so you'll need to drive to the nearby village. Access: Must have your own vehicle (10 mins to beach). Note: Located on the 1st floor (no lift), so not wheelchair friendly.
