Beautiful home stay , Very clean room and specially bathroom.. owner is so co-operative and soft spoken. must visit if you are looking for good hygienic home stay and very near by murud beach and if you want to see dolphins at Murud beach then go before 7am.. very mesmerizing 🌼

Rooms were dirty not cleaned as compared to the fees of the rooms. Staff was not friendly very cold behaviour with customers. Only thing good was the location was nearby ocean but other stay-hotels are even nearby to the ocean than this one. So no need to stay here in my opinion. Won’t go here again and wouldn’t suggest to anyone as well. Edited review after response of hotel: 1.what drinking are you talking about on 1st may? we are a family of 2 parents and 2 daughters. not some friends who were on vacation for drinking. fact check yourself. 2.yes we did book initially for 3 days because we were gonna stay there for 3 days and we had to leave after a day because our relative ACTUALLY DIED THAT DAY. Do u think that the death was planned? That we intentionally booked for 3 days and canceled just for fun and told reason of death? Like seriously be for real. 3.we payed half of the price next day BECAUSE we (2 daughters) stayed for HALF DAY and NOT FULL DAY because our parents were gone looking for market before we left dapoli. And my parents did ask the owner if we can stay for half day and pay the half price which was 1250/- they both (parents and owner) agreed to that. We stayed till 3:45 not even half day left even before the half day. 4. Who told you that we stayed in some other hotel? We left at 3:45 and travelled to home NOT SOME HOTEL. Stop spreading misinformation will you? If you don’t know the whole story just don’t write it without knowing then. Another thing when we reached at the hotel and had dinner first thing the dinner wasn’t satisfying wasn’t good. Second thing they charged us extra money for online payment. Another thing I have type 1 diabetes so I have to keep my injections in the fridge when I went there to get my injections the old lady there asked be while giving “when are you leaving?” And “other customers want room” like what?? Is this how a hotel talks with their customers? Now before replying to this as well Aviraj Nivas ask that lady if she said it to the girl or not. Hope she doesn’t lie about it. And your hotel was not clean felt weird vibe which we couldn’t figure out. Just wanted to note it here. And dear Aviraj Nivas person whose writing replies here: don’t spread out misinformation about customers here it just doesn’t look good for your own business. Learn to accept the flaws of hotel and your service it’ll help you improve it atleast.

Overpriced rude owners eventhough after paying we didn't got some basic services. No towel or soaps provided. For the food as well overlycharged. Avoid staying here just few minutes walking great stays and villas.

Rude nd vulgar behaviour of staff against all guests. Surprised when all of sudden owner and staff after taking half payment comes up with any random rules. Comparing to other stays and villas cost of food and quantity is pathetic. For folks travelling from Mumbai and other cities highly avoid staying at this place. Here are other stays and villas with fantastic food and rooms at pocket friendly bucks.

Nice experience of staying at Aviraj Niwas. Good environment, easy accessibility to beaches and other places. Cleanly mentained room, friendly owner, Good service.

Rooms needs maintenance. It’s too small and cozy. Bed sheets, pillows and mattress needs to replaced as it was too old and hard. Don’t get proper WiFi range as well.
