It's very pleasent experience to stay in VITS, Excellence, Dapoli. The location is amazing. Sea shore is just close and its beauty can be enjoy from gallery. Hospitality is excellent. Rooms and Food quality is the best. Really enjoyed 3 star facility. Very humble and cooperative staff. Dapoli is already heavenly location. The stay at Dapoli is very great opportunity due to stay in VITS Excellence.

Location was good, seafront. However the rooms were average. We had booked two rooms. The bathrooms didn't seem up to the mark. One of the bedrooms had their AC leaking the whole time and they'd placed a carpet under it so we wouldn't notice. Also the tea we ordered was cold, and served in broken cups. The property could have been maintained better.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 – Great Sea View Stay at VITS Hotel, Dapoli (August 2024) I stayed at VITS Hotel, Dapoli in August 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by greenery with a beautiful sea view easily the best part of the stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was polite and very helpful throughout. Since it was the off-season, the rates were quite affordable, which made the whole experience even better. The food was tasty, especially the local dishes, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet seaside getaway that’s easy on the pocket, VITS Hotel, Dapoli is definitely worth it.

What do I say? Location is not everything. Of this hotel, only the location is good but, all other things really NEGATIVE :- 1. The hotel runs on Generator only and; they keep on switching on and off the generator, because of which, out of our 2 nights stay of 23rd & 24th October, 2025 we had to face issue of multiple times power not being there in the room. {especially on 24th October noon, there was no power in our room for about 3-4 hours - 3 - 7 p.m.}. 2. Food quality is good BUT; service is not good. They had put paper cups to have tea, can you believe it for a hotel chain like VITS where the room rental is as high as ₹6,500 per night per room! 3. ELEVATOR was not functional !!! We had to use staircase during our entire stay. 4. Swimming pool’s location is NOT GOOD, further swimming pool is UNDER MAINTAINED. There was frog 🐸 also swimming in the pool, because of which I dropped my plan to swim 🤣. 5. Curtains in our room came down, though room boy helped us put it immediately. 6. The wiring of the hotel is worst, it is NOT CONCEALED at many places and; it seem to me at intermediate stage and; not properly finished. Overall, the hotel is not money’s worth and also expect inconvenience in many aspects. Usually I don’t write negative reviews but, here I couldn’t stop myself from doing so.

Excellent Stay at VITS Dapoli! I recently visited Dapoli and stayed at VITS Hotel, Karde Beach for two days. It was a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and the reception team was extremely polite and supportive. The entire staff was very kind and attentive they even took great care of my 1-year-old son, which really meant a lot. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel were impressive. The property itself is very premium and lavish, with a beautiful view the beach is right in front of the hotel! Parking facilities were also very convenient. Overall, it was a perfect and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dapoli! 🌴✨

My stay at sea view hotel. VITS ExcellenSea Hotel was truly wonderful and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Room service was quick and efficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt calm and pleasant. All the facilities provided were excellent and well-organized. The location is convenient and easily accessible from major areas. What I liked most is that the prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and service offered. Overall, it was a great experience staying here, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for comfort, good food, and great hospitality. 🌟

we had our stay at the VITS and we loved it. Good staff, amazing interior, descent room & very tasty food. The location is on point as it has a beachfrontier. We booked online & yes did have a great experience. Will surely recommend VITS

Location: The hotel is near the beach, but there is a road between the beach and the property, so it cannot be considered beachfront. Food: The food was average. Service was very slow despite there being few customers, which was surprising. Other guests also complained that the breakfast quantity was insufficient. Room: There were no doormats provided. The washbasin tap was made of plastic, which reflects the overall quality. Bathwater was warm, not hot, which was disappointing. Pricing: We paid around ₹18,000 for two rooms with two extra beds. For this price, the experience did not meet expectations. Checkout Experience: A staff member stood in front of us until we collected our belongings and vacated the room. This felt awkward and unprofessional. Overall Impression: This was my first time booking VITS, and likely the last unless there is no other option. I honestly don’t understand how this qualifies as a 3-star property. I would prefer a homestay over this experience.
