The place is really good we stayed at the bunglow near the beach the beach is very clean and not dangerous even for the kids it was an awsome stay with a village feeling

Eco-Freindly without disturbing Surroundings. Just 5hrs from Mumbai and still closer from Pune. Beautiful and thoughtful Accomodations. They have Dormitory Also for Groups. Homely Food. State Of Art Sports Complex. Morning view of Sun Rise Cannot be described from The Tent. It is really Mismerising with the Sound of Birds Humming and quiking of Insects. Was lucky to spot Peacock. You can Walk , Meditate, Do Yoga, Relax, Enjoy the Morning Sun Rays and Get In Your Source Of Vitamin-D, Read, Enjoy Music without any disturbance midst Nature and Cool Climate. A Place to Visit & Very Futristic.

We stayed here for Four complete days as i love beach and this property is right beside the most famous kolthare beach. its a huge bungalow with 5 rooms very spacious and completely diffrent from normal city life.

Tent-O-Treat & Shrikanchan both are perfect places to spend your holiday with natural beauty & peacefulness. You can surely enjoy leisure time while playing games, going to clean & calm beaches. Relaxation in cozy spacious rooms is a great experience. Here you can arrange a get together of Friends & Family too. Typical Konkan Cuisine Food they serve is really delicious. This bungalow is definitely worth considering. Well maintained. Clean and neat. Importantly, not crowded. This village (Kolthare) is so secluded and away from the buzz. Perfect place for family and pure veg lovers. The bungalow doesn’t have a serving kitchen (breakfast is arranged though) but there are good multiple homely options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Mr. Kangutkar and Mr. Datar to name a few).
