Room is very nice and also the location of resort is good it makes u feel happy their but ladies staff on reception had zero sense of speaking up with customer.. rest all staff members are nice only lady @ reception was extreme arrogant with no smile on face and she really needs to learn how to respect her customer. Everything is charged even the baby milk we provided them they charged us for boiling and giving us milk Would never in future would visit since ur reception lady was rude.. Customer service= ZERO PLEASE ASK YOUR RECEPTION LADY TO BE POLITE AND STOP BEING ARROGANT ASK HER TO CHANGE HER BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMER.. POV : they don't even have proper service when asked for rice while kitchen closing time lady denied by saying we don't have rice now even after request she was not ready to provide us with rice after many requests her father made it possible so we request to change lady or ask change her arrogant behaviour

Rooms , bedding was real clean. Service is moderate. They should have taller trees I their premises for the shed. We got the fish and prawns from the market and they made it. However they used very less of everything in the masala. Less oil, less spicy, less masala, and they made is very watery since we were 25 people and it had to be served for all of us. They should improve on food quality. Approach to the beach from the resort is dirty. It’s run by a family and we wish them good.

No good facility by owner there are time limit like breakfast and lunch and dinner. they won't even give you light after 10 pm and arogent behaviour they won't room service leki breakfast on bed and no drinks allowed for outside are as they won't give you light after 10 pm for new born indents they don't give milk service you have to buy it from out side there is no good food service as there is time limit even rice. Best sea view resort in front of Karde beach. Followings are the best experience: 1. Rooms - Big size, in front of beach, Nice interior, big bathroom, Cupboard with mirror, Best curtains, Small table with 2 chairs, Open balcanoy with sea face with 2 chairs, Wi-Fi. 2. Food - Quality of food excellent and delicious, you can bring fish they will prepare. Breakfast was awesome. 3. Parking - Ample parking for 8-10 cars. With high security. 4. Garden area - Include Dining facility, Seating area, Camp fire, Music system, Zhula, Shower, Terrace seating, etc. 5. Owner - Polite, Humble, Kind. 6 Overall - Must stay and must eat place.

One of the best resorts in Dapoli. The rooms are beach-facing; you come out of the room and are greeted by a beautiful beach. The biggest advantage is that you can walk to the beach anytime, and many times a day. Waking up to the sound of waves, going for an early walk on the golden beach sand when the sun is rising—this experience is worth every penny. So, for location alone, this resort gets five stars. But the resort management and staff do not disappoint either. The rooms are very clean, the beds are neat, all basic room amenities are provided, hygiene is maintained throughout, and there is nothing to complain about. The food quality is good, and the rates are reasonable for most items. You can also bring fish from the market and ask the resort staff to cook it for you; they will do it for ₹300–400 per kg, the way you prefer.
