I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, bedsheets were not properly cleaned, and the washroom hygiene was poor. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Even after complaining, no proper action was taken. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable and stressful. I will not visit again and do not recommend it to anyone.
My stay at this beach resort was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, with sand everywhere, stained bedsheets, and a strong damp smell. Despite being advertised as “sea-facing,” the view was blocked and nowhere close to what was promised. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. Requests for basic amenities like clean towels and drinking water were either delayed for hours or completely ignored. The check-in process was chaotic, and there was no proper guidance provided to guests. The food quality was terrible—limited options, cold meals, and unhygienic conditions at the restaurant
A Resort That Thinks It’s a Jail If you are looking for a resort experience that feels like a prison stay, congratulations—Saidatta Resort is the perfect choice. The manager and staff behave more like wardens than hospitality professionals. Guests are treated as offenders, not customers. Forget freedom—after 10 PM you’re literally locked inside as if parole hours are over. Checkout timings are followed with military-level strictness, but basic service? Nowhere to be found. The rooms stink, the AC doesn’t work, and comfort is clearly not part of their vocabulary. Breakfast was another joke—ordered bread and butter and received stale bread. Maybe they believe guests enjoy vintage food. Despite booking a dormitory and a single room at a high tariff, they couldn’t even provide basic water bottles or breakfast. Hospitality level: zero. They charged ₹600 just to cook food, which is absurdly overpriced—and the taste was mediocre at best. To top it off, GST was charged without providing a GST number, which is highly questionable. The cherry on this disaster cake: the manager proudly offered a rooftop dinner setup, where the chairs were so bad that glass particles from them caused itching and stuck to the skin. Yes—chairs that hurt you. Truly innovative discomfort. Overall, this was a pathetic and unforgettable experience—for all the wrong reasons. If you value your money, comfort, dignity, and basic hygiene, DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Our stay at this resort was a complete letdown and nothing like what was promised in the photos shared. The reality was shocking—most of the wall paint was damaged and poorly maintained, giving the entire property a neglected and shabby appearance. The food was in very poor condition, both in quality and taste, and absolutely not worth the price charged. It felt like there was no concern for guest satisfaction. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s behavior. They were extremely rude and unwelcoming, treating us as if we were staying there for free rather than paying guests. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing. The overall management was careless and disorganized, showing no interest in maintaining standards or addressing guest concerns. This resort is grossly overpriced for what it offers and fails to meet even basic expectations.
The worst experience ever! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a foul smell. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing. Definitely not worth the price. The pictures online are completely misleading. The actual property looks nothing like what was advertised. Avoid this place at all costs. Breakfast was terrible—cold and stale food. staff didn’t care. Overall, a complete waste of money. Felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. Would never recommend this place. C didn’t work, and when we complained, the staff ignored us. Zero professionalism. I given 1 start but this hotel is below 0.1 start.
