Lady Counter Staff is too much rude & And Breakfast Is limited staff says it's unlimited but at the time of billing she charges extra money for that breakfast food item and that lady launguage is too much rude

My recent stay at Sagar Hill Resort was a mix of experiences. Despite having booked two rooms in advance, there was initial confusion regarding room availability upon arrival. After some delay, we were eventually provided with the rooms. It seemed odd that other rooms were seemingly available but not offered to us. The accommodation itself was okay, but the absence of hot water in the morning required us to use another room for bathing. On a positive note, the staff was remarkably polite and understanding in other aspects. The resort's proximity to the beach and the scenic view it offered were definite highlights. Considering the location and view, the prices were reasonable. While the stay had its quirks, the overall experience at Sagar Hill Resort was satisfactory, particularly due to the courteous staff and the appealing surroundings.

The resort has awesome beach view. You just have to cross the road and you are on beach. If you are looking for luxurious room and fast service then this resort is not for you. Rooms are very basic, food is decent and Unlimited. Overall good experience.

It's an old resort.... located right in front of the beach.... Which makes it a resort with a great view. The location is calm and peaceful. The rooms are old and basic but it's neat and clean and also spacious enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is good... Especially chicken sukha ....egg burji ....fish curry.... omelette. For now it's a decent resort to spend time with friends.......With little more maintenance this resort can become much better in attracting a family crowd.

Quite good for a family vacation. Service is very good. The rooms need maintenance because in the Non-AC rooms , the fans weren't working properly. The location is excellent , as it is right in front of the beach. Overall good place

Location is good. Service is okay nothing good or bad to say about. Food is not upto the mark. If you are staying here then avoid eating here. Breakfast was good 👍🏽. Charges 40 rs for water bottles that’s insane i mean this not airport 🤷🏻
