Keys Lite By Lemon Tree Hotel

Room was good. Location seems sketchy but it's ok. Restaurant room service takes forever. Breakfast was buffet style. Good food. Overall good stay. Recommend.

Never expected from a brand like lemon tree provide such shoddy service, regretted my 1night’s stay there,here is the list of issues I faced: -Insufficient amenities and no room maintenance( commode leaks water in each flush), no medical assistance(a guest’s kid almost died, door fell on kid, had head injury, hotel doesn’t have first aid). -Room provided with no Wi-Fi, stating that glitch has happened, after reminding them at least 20 times over span 3 hrs either change my room or provide network ,instead they provided Wi-Fi login credentials of guests of 115 &116(Mr Pratik & Mrs Harshadha without their consent). -Disposables like tissue paper was not there, smart tv not working. -Hotel staff have 2pet stray dogs(not neutered)which is not on leash, despite constantly reminding them, we are not comfortable ,they didn’t leash the dog,and whenever we passby, the dog would aggressively come behind you Food was only good here

Very difficult to find hotel, very very difficult road to drive....very sharp turn required to go towards kalkai devi mandir, any mishap can occur on that dangerous turn, photo given on google and actual building differs...At the time of booking it was told, large parking space available, but no...very small parking...difficult to park....hospitality very Worst experience..we booked ac Chalet couple of days before diwali 2025, then also absolute ignorance, we checked in around 2pm, and till 4 and half hours, absolute no cooling of AC...We ordered strong coffee, coffee was given but toooo toooo mild, (like just change in colour), we requested room change, yes room was upgraded complimentary, but Fridge was not working, Tv and cable was not working...untrained helpers, the person tried and tried changing cable set top box multiple times but oops... Dont waste your time here..

Had a great stay. The room was neat and spacious. Special thanks to Sanket for his awesome service and hospitality.He helped us with cab services and so on. Will definitely recommended to stay at this place

The resort's pool area was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Special mention to Chef Ashok and Sanjay, who truly showcased their culinary talents - the food was absolutely delicious! I'm so glad I got to experience the resort's hospitality.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The food was selectively good, and we really enjoyed the dishes that were available. A special mention to Deeksha for her excellent service and warm hospitality — she made our stay even better! Breakfast had limited options, but whatever was served was fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed getaway in Dapoli.

Pros: Rooms are decently maintained. All good to have Amenities present. Cons: Location Price Staff Good for someone looking to stay in isolation, in the middle of no where and enjoy all the amenities. Can go for superior queen size or deluxe, if on a budget. However, try and avoid rooms at ground floors. Families looking for a decent stay can ignore as the vibe in rooms were not family friendly.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Keys Lite by Lemon Tree, Dapoli (visited during Christmas week) I visited Dapoli with my family from Pune for a 4-day Christmas vacation, and our stay at Keys Lite by Lemon Tree was truly fabulous. To be honest, I was initially quite apprehensive about choosing this place — the resort is literally in the middle of the jungle, and I really mean it. But that turned out to be one of its biggest positives, especially if you are someone who loves nature and wants a peaceful escape. 🌿 Location & Surroundings The resort is located deep inside the forest, far from the main town and also away from Dapoli’s most popular beaches. The approach roads in Dapoli are in terrible condition, and reaching the resort can be a challenge. Once you arrive though, all doubts disappear — the surroundings are mesmerizing, serene, and filled with pure nature. We stayed in the Hornbill Cottage, and to our delight we spotted two hornbills right outside our balcony while having our morning tea! I have only ever seen hornbills in the zoo, so watching them up close in their natural habitat was a memorable experience — especially for my daughter, who absolutely loved it. 🤝 Hospitality & Service The resort staff deserves special appreciation. Their warmth, professionalism, and eagerness to help made our stay extremely comfortable. They ensured we were well taken care of throughout our 3-night stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and whatever we requested was provided promptly. 🍽️ Food We had breakfast and dinner every day at the resort, and the food was excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and consistent. We tried several dishes from the menu and enjoyed all of them. I would definitely recommend having breakfast and dinner at the property during your stay. 🏡 Resort Experience Spacious rooms and cottages placed thoughtfully apart — no disturbance from other guests Ample parking space Beautiful open areas with many spots perfect for photography Live music in the evenings (25–31 December) — we enjoyed wonderful performances by three talented singers Bonfire seating area — perfect for relaxed evenings with family Swimming pool & recreational activities available Personal care products (shower gel, hand wash etc.) were good quality Good Wi-Fi network inside the resort Mobile network is very weak, so plan accordingly Breakfast starts around 8:00 AM, sometimes a little later — keep this in mind if you plan early outings 🌲 Atmosphere As soon as you enter this property, you instantly feel a huge difference — fresh air, cooler climate (carry warm clothes!), and a complete break from city life. It’s secluded and surrounded only by nature and dense forest — which is exactly what makes it special. 🧭 Nearby Kaju factory is located close to the resort and is worth a quick visit. ⚠️ Things to Consider Roads to the resort are in poor condition — local authorities must improve them. The resort is far from beaches and town — once you're in, you won’t go out frequently. If you don’t enjoy secluded locations, this might not be for you. 💬 Final Verdict Despite the challenging approach roads, we loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful environment, outstanding hospitality, and the unique experience of being so close to nature. If you are planning a vacation in Dapoli and want a quiet, refreshing, nature-filled stay with excellent service, I would highly recommend Keys Lite by Lemon Tree. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — A wonderful family experience. We will cherish this trip.

Really amazing place to stay. The staff is very polite and helpful, everyone is really good. The rooms were very clean and neat. Food was also tasty. We had an amazing stay with an exceptionally overall related experiences. 10/10 would recommend.
