Comfort Inn Emerald

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all — bedsheets looked unwashed and the washroom was poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful when we raised concerns. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. The service was extremely slow, and the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming. For the price they charge, the quality is nowhere near acceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be visiting again. ⸻ If you want, tell me the specific issues (dirty pool, rude staff, bad food, AC not working, etc.) and I’ll make it more detailed and realistic.

Had a great stay here! Mr. Dipesh in reception and the manager were super helpful and polite — even though my booking wasn’t recorded, they arranged a nice room. Really appreciated their hospitality and professionalism. The restaurant food is delicious (a bit pricey, but definitely worth it). Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We are visiting from Australia and riding bicycles across India. We had a great stay here. Great staff, so friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, great a/c and plenty of hot water. Lovely breakfast and secure storage for our bicycles. The hotel is in a central location and easy to get to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend.

I stayed in one of the duplex rooms—the internal entry/exit door is a genius design for privacy and convenience. Having a mini-fridge in the room was a great touch. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant serves some of the best multi-cuisine food I’ve had in Dapoli. Definitely a 3-star hotel that punches above its weight! 🏊‍♂️🍲✨"

I stayed here for a day and did like the services as the staff is very humble and polite. We requested for early check in which they managed and rooms very very clean the washroom was very hygienic and overall it was a great experience. Again the choice is subjective as when someone visits konkan they usually like sea facing etc etc but give this a try of you want a stay within the city and want all amenities. Highly recommend!!
