The hotel is just near the beach. Quite expensive. Nice view from balkoni. Food was not good and was very expensive. The service was also very slow during dinner. Rooms were okay. Extra mattresses were given

The beach is just 2 min walk from the hotel. The housekeeping & management staff is very kind & cooperative. Also, loved the food you get authentic kokani food especially seafood.

It's just too good to be true!!

Only basic arrangements are available. While the service is good, only ONE person manages the house. 1500 pp/pd is way expensive for this house. Bathrooms were clean barring few roaches and stained mirrors. Rooms were clean only in the visible areas. We were sleeping on the floor and could see a thick dust layer under the cots, mingled with balls of leftover hair. Food is bland and very very expensive. Nothing konkani about it except the coconuts. Everything is charged. So pls ensure you make everything clear before you confirm. You'd get whatever you ask, but for a price. If this is the attitude then you deserve better. They charge for almost anything except water in the bathrooms. Food portions are small, very small. Enough for a kid. If you need more, please be ready to pay. Some of photos on the website or on the web are misleading or old. The beach is a bit far. So if you are expecting this to be besides or just opposite to the beach, this is not the place for you. Fit for one star but gave one extra for the guy Haresh who is your sole help there. The rest is substandard. Fit for anyone who can compromise on the facilities at the price, but not fit for families at this price. Much, much, much better options are available bang opposite to the beach at a lower price.

Budget hotel in located close to Ladghar Beach (five minutes walk away). You can see a part of the beach from its balcony. Otherwise the beach is shrouded in thick plantation. They serve great homemade seafood, chicken and also good regular vegetarian items. This is not a fancy hotel. But is clean and the staff is cooperative.

Good place, Good and Clean rooms. Also budget friendly place.
