We stayed there in Nov 2025, the owners are very polite and helpful, cleaned rooms , its near to the beach. 'ukadiche modak' is must there.

This place is amazing. Nice place to stay. You can visit nearby beach (200m) at any time. No crowd. They also offer cooking. You can buy fish, meat from market and you can ask them to cook. They also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Malvan style food.

It’s an amazing place perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The Talavadekar family welcomes you warmly and treats you exceptionally well. The food is incredible; whatever you ask for, it’s served right to your plate.

Very excellent well maintained rooms. Nearby to beach 2 mins walk. Hot water 24x7. Owners are very polite and supportive. They treated us very well. Highly recommended. This was best experience. You will get home cooked authentic konkani food both veg and nonveg.

Very good experience👌👌👍🏻👍🏻 Starting with location, it was nearest or next to beach and rooms were very clean and tidy. The owner, Uncle and Aunty are very sweet and calm, they themselves escorted us. Coming to food, it was delicious and very tasty food like fishes, chicken, fish curry and purely homemade. I never thought combination of tasty food with less or can say zero oil. If you have elderly parents then I would strongly recommend this as food is easy to digest. My in-laws always prefer less oil food. They also provided us their best choice of breakfast i.e. malvani ghavne or dosa with delicious chutney. Best part of food was solekadhi or kokum kadhi. They also told us about market and what to purchase like masala, kokum or anyother special malvan products from authentic shop. There children are also down to earth and whole family is involved in caring their guests. Apart from hospitality, personally I was impressed after knowing how an educated working man with fluent English and also owner of homestay could himself manage everything including serving dishes, help his wife with cooking and doing many other house hold things...
