Spent some of my best days in college over here. One of the best retreats in and around the area. Top tier service and quality of food and rooms. The owners are very passionate and are personally involved in the operations and made sure that every guest was taken care of

It is a nice resort for swimming. Food was good. It is close to the beach about 15 min walking distance. The road to the beach is a kaccha rasta it gets muddy and slippery during rain.

Ya Niwant Beach Resort at Kelwa Beach truly exceeded our expectations for our staff day picnic! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, setting a relaxed tone for the whole day. Both the breakfast and lunch were absolutely delicious. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were particularly impressed that they allowed us to stay extra time without any additional charge – a truly generous gesture that made our day even more enjoyable. The rooms we used for freshening up for full day was also impeccably maintained and clean. Considering the fantastic service, delicious food, and overall wonderful experience, Ya Niwant Beach Resort offers incredible value for money. We had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable picnic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Our 2-day stay at Ya Niwant Resort was truly delightful. The staff and the owner were extremely warm and welcoming, making our experience very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that we couldn’t use the pool, as a few insects had fallen in due to the rains. However, this was more than balanced by the delicious meals served like the seafood delicacies, in particular, were outstanding. Our visit to the nearby Kelwa beach was also a memorable highlight. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

“Nivant” means relaxed. If you want to visit this resort, come only when you want to be fully relaxed. There is no unnecessary loud music here—just a peaceful, calming atmosphere. The food quality is amazing. The ambience is also good. Service is good, and the swimming pool is well maintained. The rooms are of 3-star quality. There aren’t many activities for kids, but if you want to spend quality time with your family, this place is a must-visit. In the morning, you won’t even need an alarm—you will wake up naturally to the sound of birds.
