White House

Very bad hotel and doesn't have proper system .swimming pool was so dirty and had frogs in them and also flies they didn't even remove them and said hum kya kare wo aa rahe hai toh and didn't even give water bottles to us until we asked them for and didn't give food to eat and we had to find outside. Don't stay here

Stayed in Room 201...following issues faced 1. There were no buckets in the bathrooms.the staff had to be told to give us atleast 2 buckets.2. Solar water was not available in our room.we had lot of issues in getting hot water.3. Had breakfast..all items were cold. Also service was very slow and the staff was not bothered.had to wait 45 mins 4. There was no clothes hangers in the cupboard.5. Only one bottle of water was given for a Room which is supposed to house 6 indls....when asked for more we were charged for the water.6. All the fan regulators are non functional. in the room 7. There are no cloth hooks in bathrooms it was really difficult to hang clothes. Seriously not worth the money we have spend for the stay...we have stayed in better places in Alibagh

Very bad experience with this White House resort in alibagh.Last week we all Lady doctors went to this resort with kids for change in daily routine but we had never experienced this kind of treatment before no food , all dirty bedsheet, even washroom windows were broken,no proper management of staff. After taking cost we all didn't have food(dinner,lunch and breakfast)

Stayed for two days in the hotel.... Dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet, stained and cracked walls. No one came to clean the room or change the linen and toiletries even though we stayed for 2days.

Over priced and unhygienic bed sheet and washroom.its two star property but rated as 5star online picture are edited what you see onliine ....to much waiting for check-in. We can't bear so we check out same day. Please do your homework before booking such property.
