It is very nice, comfortable & beautiful place to stay. The owners are very supportive & caring. She is always on her toes to serve the guest & so that they take some beautiful memories along with them. They are very welcoming & with a lovely smile on their faces. Vijay Villa Homestay was true to its name. Complete home-like environment both in terms of stay and from the hosts. We stayed here for 3 days and our requirement was that we need to have milk and food arrangements for our toddler. Both the hosts helped us a lot. In terms of facility, it's a nice setup with cute guards (Cats and Dogs). I'd definitely come back to Ganpatipule and consider staying here.

Vijay Villa is a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Ganpatipule. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the property has a big balcony which is perfect for relaxing. The washrooms are modern (English-style) and kept very hygienic. The owners are a very friendly and welcoming couple who run the homestay with care and warmth. They are animal lovers, which adds a very positive vibe to the place, while at the same time they fully respect guests’ privacy. It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is excellent — Ganpatipule beach and the Ganpati mandir are just a 4–5 minute drive away. Major nearby beaches like Aare and Ware are around 10 minutes by car, making this a great base to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, Vijay Villa is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable spot to rest and explore Ganpatipule and nearby beaches. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Vijay Villa on 10th & 11th January, and our overall experience was excellent. The homestay is run by a sweet elderly couple, who are also pet parents. They were extremely kind, gentle, and very helpful, which made us feel truly welcomed and at home. The property is very well maintained — the room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. One of the best parts of our stay was the balcony. Both the room and balcony were huge, and the wooden chairs provided made it perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this homestay to family and friends visiting Ganpatipule.
