No one available on reception…wifi range not enough in room ..drinking water not available in room…location was good but need to improvement in other services

Hotel is pathetic and location is not easily accessible .. no one available in reception.. they didn’t provide even water bottle .. need to improve in cleaning.. overall bad experience..

Kudos and praise to Vicky, 1st time in India (Malvin) but I consider this my home away from home. Family restaurant on ground floor offers convenience. Room accommodation was comfortable, tidy and secure. saw reviews regarding spotty wifi and lack of front desk attendant however it doesn't seem practical to have someone there at the front 24/7 , soon as I called out for assistance I was attended to immediately ( always someone there even if they're unseen). Wifi was only spotty around 3 am and Vicky was able to rectify this after I expressed my concerns by offering a portable router. Room service was attentive, trustworthy and efficient. A bit of advice... mistakes and shortcomings are inevitable, but accountability and corrective actions is what makes the difference to any experience. At this Vicky excels, not only being attentive to concerns, but upholding a high standard when rectifying or reconciling matters brought to his attention. I guarantee you won't find such exceptional services anywhere else in a 10 mile radius. I appreciate the accommodations and im grateful for the hospitality. Truly above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The food, especially the Malvani dishes, was delicious and well-prepared. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a huge wardrobe to store all my belongings. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and hot water was available 24/7. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient parking facility, which made it easy to park my vehicle without any hassle. The staff did a great job with cleaning and maintaining the property, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel is located very close to the beach, which is only a 500-meter walk away. This made for some great views and relaxing walks. Additionally, all of the services provided by the hotel were up to the mark and exceeded my expectations. Lastly, I want to mention that the owner was extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Despite being busy with his family function, he made sure that everything was taken care of and our stay was enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. The combination of delicious food, luxurious rooms, convenient parking, and attentive service make this hotel a great choice for your next trip.

Very responsive from the beginning to the end! Welcoming guesthouse with nice and huge rooms. Rooms are clean, good fans (didn't use A/C), hot water and TV in a quiet area. Wifi didn't reach our room but we got it in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay and would return anytime.

Rooms are very cleaned and maintened, mosquito problem comes in night and wifi service needs to be improved

Good location, almost near the beach. Clean spacious room. Nice view fom the windows. Hot shower. But didn't have any cupboard or closet in the room also Wi-Fi range is very poor on the 2nd floor they should install a Wi-Fi range extender. Rest I enjoyed the stay.
