Decent Property. Clean Room with Nice Swimming Pool. Service of staff is very good. Reasonably Priced hotel. Owner is very polite and Friendly. Need to add Some amenities Like warddrobe and Dining table etc however in the room. Overall Satisfactory in midbudget Hotels.

It was an amazing experience. Clean and neat rooms, big swimming pool, polite staff and the location near to the beach had made our trip wonderful.

Disappointed Stay at Uttara Residency We recently stayed at Uttara Residency and had a very mixed experience. The A/C rooms themselves are comfortable, but we were extremely disappointed when the power to the A/C was cut off for more than 3 hours on all three days of our stay, with the excuse being a "power cut." This seemed quite suspicious and left us frustrated. What stood out even more was the noticeable change in treatment after we declined to book their overpriced water sports activities and meals. The staff’s attitude changed, and it felt like we were being subtly penalized for not opting into their packages. The meals at the property are not only overpriced but also fail to deliver on taste. For example, they charge Rs. 50–60 for one "Ukadiche Modak," while we found far tastier ones outside for just Rs. 20. It’s definitely better to explore nearby eateries for both quality and value. One particularly disappointing moment was when we went to use the pool at 6 PM (well within the stated pool hours of 7 AM to 7 PM), and were told we couldn't because of a "chemical spill." This seemed like another excuse to limit access. Overall, while the rooms are decent, we strongly recommend clarifying all terms—especially around amenities, power supply, and additional charges—before booking your stay. Unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied.

It was a stay booked by the travel agency. For group of 5-6 boys it's very nice and for family there are other arrangements made, so in all it was nice experience staying here 😄
