Treebo Blue Roof

Was here during the weekdays, we had booked two rooms. The couple staying in the room next to us had a birthday during the period of our stay, and one night they burst loud fire crackers just in front of our balcony at 12am without any prior consent from us. We were already asleep by 10pm and we were shocked to see flames and smoke in front of our balcony. At first, we thought it was some fire caused by some short circuit. In a few moments we came to know that it was due to the fire crackers. I immediately called Mr. Sachin who's the receptionist, and asked him with whose permission the couple was allowed to burst fire crackers at 12 am in the hotel premises. He told me that it was him who had permitted them to burst fire crackers although outside the hotel, which would have still caused nuisance to us. I told Sachin to immediately check the couple out of the hotel. He agreed to it and next day, as he was not available, we spoke to his wife who denied to check the couple out of the hotel citing that "they cannot behave like this with their customers", where it is absolutely alright if the customer causes inconvenience to other innocent customers staying in the hotel. Very arrogant and pathetic customer service who does not absolutely care about the safety of the occupants in the hotel.

Location is not good. Road needs to be repaired and self drive car is good otherwise you can get issue to get the transportation. Rooms were clean and staff is cooperative

Just little bit inside to search the location of hotel. Rest of things are much better experience. I recommend to family friends. Swimming pool is very much clean and good. Like private swimming pool.

It was a great experience staying at Treebo Blue Roof. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.The non-veg food was delicious. The staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay.swimming pool was so clean.

The hotel is good and the service is excellent. There are minor issues, but they’re manageable. The only concern is food — while the quality is good, there’s no buffet service and the breakfast menu is very limited. You also need to place food orders a bit early in the evening and morning. Additionally the Wifi was not working at all.
