Very nice location and best service. Feels like your own house. Food is typically malvani and homely. Owner and family members handles all service. Best service at budget price. Very friendly with customers. Recommended for family or friends group also.

Worst place to live...i am posting this review at 3.30 am in the night...i am visiting this home stay with family and 1.5 year old kid and booked AC room with them... The AC is hooked up with timer and auto cut off ..it works for 4-5 mins Max and then automatically shuts down. We have been restless and sleepless the entire night. When brought this to notice of owner they say it is electricity load issue .. Worst experience to stay ever with such cheap tricks to save on electricity bill without any regards to customers conveniences. However they will charge you full money for AC accomodation. And food is even worse...they are just selling bookings because of proximity to sea and beach location... Don't waste your money here....find a better place to live...

Location was nice close to beach but service was bad thay don't have sense how to talk and how to treat guest there is no value for your mony they don't no how to engage in polite and friendly conversation with visitors so don't waste time there is so many options around

Really I don't suggest to go this place.food quality not good & Unhygienic food.The staff does not know how to speak properly and behaves very rudely. The housekeeping service is extremely unhygienic. Once a room is allotted, it is not cleaned again until the customer checks out. Even basic services are not available. Their attitude is that the same room will be used continuously without cleaning in between. They also try to threaten customers by saying, “Let us see how you will leave from here.”

I generally don’t complain about hotels because I believe they’re just a place to stay while you enjoy your trip. But this place really tested my patience. First, the food was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no Malvani taste, in fact, there was barely any taste at all. The fish, instead of being nicely prepared tawa fry, was completely deep fried and unpleasant. Second, the service was almost nonexistent. Apart from providing the room, nothing else was taken care of. We stayed for three days and requested room cleaning, but the owner/landlady responded very rudely.never seen a person who talk like that. She even said they would have considered cleaning only if we had booked an AC room. This attitude was shocking , especially in the hospitality industry, where basic courtesy and service are expected. It genuinely felt like they didn’t care whether guests return or recommend the place, possibly because they rely on people booking when everything else is full. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. If you want a peaceful and enjoyable vacation, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place , otherwise, be prepared for disappointment.
