Sunburn Beach Resort

After reading these reviews i was really excited over all beach and scenes were good but the service was very disgusting ... I would never prefer this resort again evn food was not this good and the behaviour of staff was good at our initial days but then it suddenly changed as we were checking out from the resort ... Rooms were very uncleaned as well as bathrooms . .. when we asked for some food items they directly said that everything has been finished. ..very disgusting service 😑😑😑

Great rooms. Right on the most beautiful, cleanest, serene beach. Excellent service from Ravi, the manager cum chef and Mandar. The food is delicious. If you want authentic, local cuisine, Ravi is your man. Ravi, the owner, is the nicest person I have met. We had to cut short our stay and he didn't object, even for a moment.

The location is very good for the Resort but it is not being managed properly. Non availability on food within the Resort is a big negative. Due to cyclone, we faced lot of power issues, AC not working in the room booked, non availability of hot water, etc. The owner and people are friendly but they need to up their game and work making the place neat and clean without any problems for people to come back. I would definitely go back, as we have direct access to the beach 24/7, less people makes it more enjoyable. Great place for people looking at congestion free beach..Below photos are taken right in front of the cottage.

The place is beach touch and calm. Good for families,I liked it. Place is inside from main road and little difficult reach, otherwise it is good. Rooms are big in size. Washrooms, towels and bedsheets were clean enough. Staff is very helping and co-operative. I noticed that, there is a hot water issue as the solar water heater doesn't work properly, even in the sunny weather. however the staff provides hot water in a bucket. Breakfast was okay, but staff is friendly and they provide very good service.

Rooms are just OK, No food available. Communication gap between staff and owner. AC Voltage fluctuation problem. Bathroom in between taper glass gap which is very risky especially ladies. Before booking kindly talk only with owner for all your doubt.
