Our stay at this Sindhu Swagat was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Mr & Mrs Phansekar were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home — from helpful local tips to quick responses. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat in Kokan close to pristine beaches, this homestay is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best place I have stayed in sindhudurg. I would recommend for everyone. family, friends, couples. We booked two rooms in here. This is the home saty and caretaker are extremely Sweet. The food here will make you feel like home best in test. This place deserves more than five stars.

Rooms and wooden ambience, interior is quite nice. However one can't expect facility like established family hotel. It's a family run hotel. Meal was nice, homely food. Khvane beach is nearby. Kayaking is definitely recommended. Kindly note that except BSNL no mobile network in this region. Hotel room wifi is good. Very nice quite cozy environment with birds chirping around.
