Absolutely Terrible Stay – Would Not Recommend! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Konkan-Devbaug. I was genuinely shocked at how awful it was from start to finish. Let me start with the room – it was filthy. The moment I walked in, I could smell a strong musty odor of sewage that never went away. The carpet was stained and sticky, the bedsheet was torn and the furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was a nightmare: mold in the shower, cockroaches in the floor. No towels provided. Most of the times no water in toilet that didn’t flush properly. I even found a used soap bar left behind in the shower – disgusting! The service was just as bad. The staff were looks non experienced in hotel industry. Offering no apology for the conditions or even an attempt to make things right. When I complained about the cleanliness issues, I was told, “It’s just how things are here,” with no offer to resolve anything. Absolutely no care for guest experience whatsoever. Not only was the hotel dirty and poorly maintained, but the noise levels were unbearable on the road. I could hear every conversation in the hallways, and the walls were so thin I could hear people in the room next to me coughing and talking all night long. It was impossible to get any sleep. The location was not at all convenient in a congested street. On the top of this, terrible food completely ruined the experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this, so I can’t even imagine how this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. I will NEVER be returning.

When we booked the room, it was said that an extra bed would be included in the room. The service is completely third class. The rooms are not clean. Washroom is also not proper and clean, getting smell.I would say that you should not go.
