We attended a recent, day-long training at the Wellness Retreat. Everything was beyond our expectations. The setting was serene and gorgeous. The retreat center was warm, comfortable and inviting. The course and the facilitators were simply amazing. The yoga dome is set in nature which is the perfect way to start and end a day, Lots of small details are included that make you feel really want to be there.

Located in the midst of Nature of beautiful Konkan region is Sarth Ayurveda Retreat. Working with a focused approach, Sarth integrates the essential Ayurvedic & Yogic wisdom of past civilizations with contemporary, paving the way towards a holistic & preventive healing experience by understanding each & every guest and what they aim to achieve. We had a One day stay at Sarth, all of the staff here is warm, welcoming & very professional. Food was simply amazing, with clean rooms & graceful nature. Shout out to Mr. Lawrence. This is definitely a Must must visit if you need a break from the hustle, bustle of city life. I regret of staying for such a short period. Thankyou😊🙏
