Sana Villa

We lived there for almost 2 days..We were total 10 members including 2 kids..It has 3 rooms, Hall & Kitchen..we found following pros and cons of this apartment.. Pros:- a) Its newly constructed building located littlebit isolated from surrounding.So there is nuisance from other tourist and safe place for family. b) Each room has seperate washroom which was very clean. c) This apartment has all facilities like hot water, good furniture, wifi network, proper sittings at terrace and at front side of the villa which gives proper konkan side feel. d) Most imp is mr.arindam the caretaker of this villa has very friendly, helpful nature. He cooks any kind of veg and non veg dishes. e) Overall its worth of money. Cons:- a) It is not beach side resort the nearest beach is paradise beach which is 3 km away from it. b) Parking facility is not available. But owner provides safe place for car parking. c) Need to walk for almost 150 - 200 meter away from parking to reach the apartment. That route needs to have lighting arrangement at night.

Beautiful place, clean room and washroom, very large terrace , ,Awesome Villa. Caretaker is very very helpful. He is always available on our call & makes delicious food. All necessary things available. Villa is located in main market area. Shiroda beach is very near we enjoyed scuba there at reasonable price.We enjoyed our trip in this villa with full family 💗 must visit this place

We spent three days with friends in this wonderful house. Large kitchen with great filling, living room for company, bathroom and air conditioning in every bedroom (very comfortable!), roof terrace and homey atmosphere - you will find all this if you come here!))) The best beaches are 7 minutes away, stores with everything you need are also very close. Special thanks to the receptionist - he met us, showed us everything and was very polite. 🙏🏼 From the minuses: in the bedroom on the first floor dampness and disgusting smell, if there were 6 of us, it would be a problem. The bedrooms on the second floor are gorgeous, but the bathroom on the left also smells of bad pipes and it really spoils the overall impression. Also would really like to see mosquito nets on the windows in all the bedrooms, as mosquitoes are very vicious in this area and sleeping with the windows closed is stuffy. I hope these shortcomings will be addressed soon and then this house will be perfect! I give it a solid B! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
