I wont recommend this place to anybody.Other positive reviews are fabricated. • We found this resort on Google while planning our stay in Vengurla. • The property has the advantage of being directly connected to the beach, which is definitely a plus. • However, guests who are particular about hygiene may find the stay below expectations. • We had read good reviews about the food, but the fish served to us did not seem fresh and was very tender, which left us disappointed. Hence, we decided not to have dinner at the property. • The room cleanliness could be improved. We noticed dead insects in the bathroom, which was concerning. • Hot water was not available throughout the day. We were informed it would come only around 7:30 AM, and we had to request multiple times and wait for it. • Bedsheet and blanket were clean, but the pillows seemed to have fungus underneath the covers, which was worrying, especially since we were traveling with a baby. • A few small cleanliness-related details, such as dirt in the flower vase, could be better maintained. • The dining area has many crows around, which can make the experience slightly uncomfortable. • The set-top box in the room was not working. Although the staff tried to help, the issue remained unresolved. • Considering the room cost of ₹2500 per night, we felt the facilities could be improved to better match the pricing. • The road leading to the property is quite narrow, and parking is a little away from the stay.At night it’s impossible for one to go out and its very spooky place. • The wooden cupboard in the room had a damp odour, so we couldn’t use it for our luggage. Absolutely big no place.

Wonderful Stay at Sam and San’s, Vengurla! We had an amazing experience at Sam and Son’s, Vengurla. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The local homemade food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors that made every meal special. The location is simply stunning, with a private beach just across the property. The view from our room was breathtaking, and our kids had a great time playing by the sea. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful family vacation. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend Sam and San’s to anyone visiting Vengurla — a true hidden gem for nature lovers and families alike!

This is a genuine review. - While location is a plus point, very poor hygiene was maintained in the rooms. Fungus was found even on the pillow covers and bedsheet was stained. - One of the staffs was very rude. We asked to served brekfast after a while. He was forcing us since it was ready it will be served right then. He had extremely rude body language. - About dinner, we placed and order around 7.40 pm. Child's food was not served by 9 pm and also then by 10 pm. It off course annoyed us, instead of telling the staff to serve it faster, the owner was taking the staff's side saying rudely such delays happen sometimes. Further, everyday we had to follow them up for hot water. Overall, the experience was very negative.

The hotel is located close to a very calm and clean beach, though visitors should be cautious as the water has a slight risk. The service was good, and the food quality was awesome. We enjoyed the vegetarian options we tried. However, the room quality was disappointing and did not match the pictures seen on Google. The hotel needs to improve its overall cleanliness. The staff and owner were cooperative. We had a great two-night family stay in Vengurla, enjoying the Konkan monsoon for the first time, even during the Diwali season.

Had a wonderful stay at Sam and San Resort, Vegurle. The view is absolutely stunning, rooms and washrooms are very clean, and the hospitality is excellent. The staff is polite and helpful, and the food is tasty and well-served. Highly recommended for a peaceful Konkan getaway.

Had an amazing stay at Sam & San Resort, Vengurla! The place is beautiful and the staff is fantastic—special thanks to Sainath for all the help. We even celebrated our baby’s first birthday here, and they supported us with everything, including cooking baby food. Truly memorable experience. Highly recommend! 🙌✨
