I went there during new years time and and went based on the reviews which were good and this is exactly what I got. The room was superb and there was an extra room attached too which lead to the washroom area. There is a big balcony outised of the room. The owners live below and we're extremely courteous and helpful. I loved the silent vibe of the surroundings and the place. Breakfast by the owners was super delicious. Overall a worthwhile stay.

Had an amazing 2-day stay at Patil Homestay and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The hospitality shown by Patil Kaka and Kaki was heartwarming — they genuinely made us feel like part of their family. We got kokum sherbat as welcome drinks! The room was more like a fully-equipped home — spacious with a hall, kitchen, clean washroom, and a private balcony. They’ve taken care of all the essentials: AC, geyser, Aquaguard, toiletries, drying rack, and there was 24x7 water supply. Super comfortable and thoughtfully maintained! We especially loved the included breakfast — delicious, well-portioned, and served whenever it suited us. The whole place was spotless, peaceful, and gave off those comforting “native place” vibes. The location is great too — market is nearby, and they’ve got parking space for both cars and bikes, which is a big plus. There's a beautiful lotus lake and a quiet temple close by, perfect for a quick visit. For lunch and dinner, we ordered from a local joint called Annapurna Khanawal. Their food is homely, affordable, and the best part — they offer free delivery straight to the homestay. All in all, Patil Homestay is a hidden gem if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hosts. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The pricing is decent and the experience is great!

We stayed at Patil Homestay for 2 days, and it was truly the best decision we made. From the moment we arrived, Patil Kaka and Kaki treated us like family, making us feel completely at home. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable — we had a large room with a hall, kitchen, washroom, and a lovely balcony. The homestay was thoughtfully equipped with all basic toiletries, an Aquaguard, drying rack, AC, geyser, and 24x7 water supply. Breakfast was included, and both the taste and quantity were excellent. The best part was that it was served as per our convenience. Everything about the place was extremely clean, cozy, and homely, giving us the feeling of being in our own native place. The marketplace is nearby, making it easy to step out for essentials. There’s parking space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, which was super convenient. What made our stay even better was the beautiful lotus lake and a serene temple located close to the homestay — perfect for peaceful morning or evening strolls. For meals, we found a great local eatery nearby called Annapurna Khanawal, which serves affordable and tasty lunch and dinner. They even deliver food for free to the homestay! Overall, Patil Homestay was more than just a place to stay — it was an experience filled with warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

This place is very good and near alibag beach and Nagaon beach. Owner was taking very polite. If I go there again I will give first preference to stay at Patil homestay. Thank you so much Patil kaka and kaku for making our journey happy and memorable.

Property owners very kind and humble. They took good care of us also guided for places to visit in alibagh. Breakfast provided was delicious and we felt like our home. I would recommend to visit and experience. We will surely visit this place next time too.
