Oro Vista

Ok, Ok, Not really Luxury. Service is extremely slow. No Network and WiFi is always down. We checked in around 7PM and asked to recharge our Rooms Dish TV multiple times, finally they activated the same around 11PM in the night. Breakfast is limited and you should ensure its included in your room charges or else they will charge you extra. My booking had a Breakfast included still they handed over me BF bill at the time of check out. During 3 days stay they didn't even mentioned about Bf is chargeable. Finally I had to show them Booking details and confirmation on WhatsApp about breakfast is included. On last night we thought to have a dinner at their restaurant and placed order around 8.PM which got ready by amost 9.30PM. when we asked for bill after dinner they said, will give it tomorrow at checkout and didn't even confirmed total bill. Next day,when they handed over me Bill, charges for thali seems like scratched out and increased. They charged chicken thali for 350Rs. While its max 250 everywhere in devbag. Its not about 100Rs. Bt the faith in service you provide. Location is not on the beach. To access beach you have to walk through rough side lane and jump through rocks. I am giving extra star because of Resorts Running partners are very Humble. I really wish they improve their services and come up with better, transparent and quality experience for customers.

Rooms were clean and good. Staff was very helpful. Beach is behind this property, but hotel does not have direct access to it. One has to walk 50 to 100 metres to reach it. The restaurant here had great tasting vegetarian food. Parking space available. One star less because the water in the bathroom used to go late post midnight and would come again by 5 am. This was not much of an issue though. Wifi speed can be improved. Tsunami island is close by.

Was very impressed with the Oro Vista Hospitality. The staff was very courteous and very swiftly assisted with the reservation, carefully explaining all the details. Dining experience was fabulous with food.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained

Perfect location for beach resort.you can just relax and enjoy their hospitality although beach just aside and all points are near from this place and they take of all your activities such as water sports ,scuba diving etc.malvanii food is very tasty which feels just as home.rooms are very clean and tidy.good hospitality good people . Especially home made modak very tasty.love to visit again and again.

Despite having decent rooms and a good location, this hotel fails badly where it matters most—service. The staff was extremely poor in handling guests, unprofessional, and uncooperative. Breakfast was not provided even until 10:00 AM, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Such mismanagement and lack of basic hospitality standards make this place disappointing. The hotel seriously needs to improve its service quality if it expects returning guests.
