It's conveniently located near Thal Beach making it a great spot to explore. The food is delicious, adding to the overall experience. Definitely a must-visit!

We stayed for 2 nights in December. This place is well maintained, rooms are spacious and the owner has arranged everything a family would need. This place is in walkable distance to the Thal beach. This beach is less crowded and good place to spend if you want to just spend some peaceful time. Owner and Supporting staff are very welcoming. Food is very tasty and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this place and visit again.

The holiday home is very neat clean..the owners are very good and helpful. Food is good. The beach is hardly 5 to 7 mints walking from the holiday home . Parking space is available. It quite and nice greenery. They have 3 family room and twin sharing. In all they have 8 rooms.

Excellent property - Neat & clean, hygiene well maintained. Serene & architecturally well laid surrounding. Very peaceful & quiet atmosphere. Location at walking distance from Thal beach. Food is amazing especially the fish preparations was delicious. The hosts & staff are well mannered & friendly. Only glitch is Wi-Fi connecting is very poor in rooms & limited TV channels available which I hope the owners are addressing after we spoke during our stay there. Overall a good value for money for those who are looking for relaxing & quiet holidays.

I visited Nivant Holidays with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, the food and service were really good, and the owner is a very kind and helpful person. There are activities for kids like a trampoline and slide. My 3 year old son enjoyed a lot. The property also has many different types of trees that create a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained Highly recommended if you are visiting Alibaug!

Our recent stay at Nivaant Holidays was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. The hotel is well maintained with spacious rooms.Thankful to Neeraj for assigning us a nice room on just a request on phone-call.Breakfast here was good as well.Though the nearby beaches are rocky but all other famous places are also not so far. Overall it was a good peaceful stay!

According to price it's very good. They also give the breakfast free. The scenery from window is nice. They also have park and a garden, very good for children's. The beach is only 5min walking distance from the hotel. But sometimes there are power outage in the hotel. Overall it's a nice place for staying in Alibaug.

We recently stayed at niwant holidays resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The care they took in hosting us, the attention to detail, and the welcoming atmosphere truly made our stay memorable. we loved the most is that the beach is just a short walk away hardly 300 meters, It was so convenient to take a walk and enjoy the sea whenever we wished. The property itself is beautiful, & but what makes it extra special are the hosts they go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and looked after. Thank you Neeraj & Manasi for making our time so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again and creating more lovely memories here..
