Nandan Farm Stay

We had a fantastic experience at Nandan Farm Stay. The property is spread across a huge area and covered with lots of trees around giving it a complete vibe of farm stay. The rooms are neat and clean with its unique colourful yet rustic interiors. Swimming pool is an excellent addition and great for family to enjoy. The staff is very polite. The owner of the Farmstay Amruta is a genuine person and spent lots of time talking to us. The food is typical Konkani food you will crave for. Loved the dining area the most because of simplicity and true feel of being at native home. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Would not recommend visiting. We booked the farm well in advance but when entered the property, the pool wasn't clean and there had no current. When we inquired we got to know about the weekly maintainence in the area on a specific day which wasn't conveyed to us by tge owners neither it had a power backup. The service was awful , had restricted timings for accesing swimming pool and so called 'utensil charges'. The property was shabby and was not maintained properly. Would recommend to find some better places.

The location is excellent however the below needs to improve: Door latches are wooden and do not latch properly, same applies for bathroom door. Doors need to have a net door added as we spotted a snake right on the main door in the morning which is very unsafe for kids. Curtains do not cover the entire window Rooms are not cleant everyday while guests are staying

Amazing rooms with rustic interiors, with required comfort. Great food (Veg, Non-veg, Breakfast, Dinner). Food is local cuisine. The care taker did a good job of attending us from check-in to check-out. The surroundings are calm and serene with trees from which you can easily pick fruits.

Must visit place. Go and enjoy for minimum 2 days. We visited this place for 1 day but felt like we should have stayed here for some more days. Owner is helpful, and staff is also nice. This is surely best farm stay I ever visited. They have generator backup, wifi, hot water, ac as well.
