Wonderful stay with a homely atmosphere! Very good atmosphere to stay here. The place is clean and well maintained. The people are very helpful, especially Pandu Bhau, who makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty and freshly prepared. The homestay is very close to the beach, and it truly feels like a second home. All activities like water sports, scuba diving, and water rides are well coordinated. Pandu Bhau shares all the contacts, making it very easy to arrange everything. Highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable stay!

The best place to spend your vacation at kokan , Wayre Tarkarli beach starts from this place . The hotel owner & staff are so cooperative , I went there with my friends and spent 3 days at very affordable rates from rs.1500-3000 as per the room we select . They have 3 beach facing rooms . The kitchen is so hygienic and the taste is also awesome. They have an open kitchen type situation so you can see how your food is getting prepared right in front of you . The owner is so helpful that he will provide you information regarding possibly everything like boating, water sports, car and bike rents , auto fares everything. The beach in front of this hotel is clean , secluded, we often spend sunrise & sunset on this beach only . Rooms are in the best conditions & bathrooms too . Girls will feel safe here as the owner , staff everyone is so alert and concerned about guest safety . Altogether Malvan people are so sweet and have a helping nature towards their guests . I recently visited this resort with my friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is located right beside the beach, which makes the stay even more special. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The in-house kitchen deserves a special mention, the food was excellent and freshly prepared after placing the order. They literally start cutting the onions & vegetables only after the food is ordered, which shows how fresh everything is. Overall, a great place to relax with friends & family. Highly recommended..!!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all basic amenities provided, but should be added more. The food was delicious, fresh, and hygienic, with good variety and taste in Non-veg, Not good for Veg, no more options in veg food. Service could be better and well organized, and the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to visit again.
