Staff refused service arbitrarily, ignoring vacant seating and providing unconvincing excuses.​ Overall experience described as "awful & pathetic," advising others to avoid it for better options nearby.​

Extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The food served was stale and tasteless, and the hotel management showed no concern when I reported the issue. Definitely not recommending this place

The quality is not satisfactory. It is taking too much time to serve the order. Same spices are used for all dishes. If possible don't go here. I'm giving 1 star because I'm not able to give 0 star.

The service here is extremely poor. We had to wait endlessly for our food, and even then the staff seemed confused and uninterested in helping. Nothing was served on time or properly. The biggest disappointment was the owner’s behaviour. He was very rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers. His attitude completely ruined the experience. Overall, a terrible experience purely because of the service and the owner’s behaviour. Definitely not recommended.

We stayed at Manorama Homestay multiple times, and every experience has been exceptional. The property’s beachside location offers a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, perfect for travellers looking to relax and enjoy the coastal beauty of Tarkarli. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, the food is delicious and homely, and the management team is extremely humble and cooperative. Their consistent service and hospitality truly make guests feel at home. We highly recommend Manorama Homestay to all our travellers — it’s one of the best stays in Tarkarli for comfort, food, and warmth.

had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor — almost every dish tasted the same because they all had the same gravy and same coating. Absolutely no variety. The service was terrible. We had to wait 1 to 1.5 hours for our food, and even then, the wrong order was served. It felt like no one cared about customer experience at all. What shocked me the most was the behaviour of the owner. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like he is only running behind money and has no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. Overall, this is the worst restaurant I’ve visited. Definitely not recommended.
