Magadha Mountain View Homestay

Had a great stay at this homestay in Alibaug. The place was clean and well-maintained, just as expected. Clean toiletries were provided, which was a plus. The owner was very helpful and made the stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good homestay in Alibaug.

This was my 8th time in Alibag, and this time wanted something lighter on the budget. Magadha homestay was just that without compromising the cleanliness. It was extremely well maintained. Owners are really helpful and polite. You may have to ignore the surroundings, as once you are up in second floor the view and the rooms, the common area, it’s beautiful.

Magadha Mountain View Homestay is a truly wonderful place to stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless too. Every essential is thoughtfully provided, and anything additional needed is arranged quickly and without any hassle, which makes the stay very convenient and stress-free, even for families traveling with a baby.

We had great stay & time at Magadha mountain view Home stay, Location was good & easily accessible,Owner both Sir & Mam was cooperative & helping us through out our stay.Room were neat & clean. Toilet & Bathroom are clean. As we have baby with us they always asked for baby food & shared their Own kitchen for baby food preparation. Good for budget traveller, Family & friends. They also suggested good hotels for food n break fast. Only I want to suggest that 1 water filter or water cooler should be there for drinking water so that we can not depend on Packed drinking water.

Had a wonderful stay at Magadh Mountain View Homestay ,perfectly located between Alibag and Nagaon (10 min), close to the famous beaches.The place is affordable, but the comfort and cleanliness feel premium. All the rooms are AC, well-maintained, and super clean. The high-speed WiFi works perfectly. The balcony view is so peaceful — perfect for relaxing and calming your mind after a beach day. What truly makes this homestay special is the warm, homely environment. Dr. P. B. Acharya Sir and Shalini Ma’am are extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and budget-friendly place near Alibag & Nagaon Beach, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended! 🌿🏡

Magadha Mountain View Homestay is really home away from home! The owners Dr. Mr. Prem Acharya & Mrs. Shalini Acharya Madam are very nice & cooperative! Both of them take special care & efforts for cleanliness of the rooms & give personal attention so that our stay was very very comfortable! The location of the homestay is also very convenient & easily accessible! Distance from Magadha Mountain View Homestay to Beaches is just 10 to 15 minutes drive by car. Dr. Acharya Sir & Madam also properly guided us for nearby places to visit! Shalini Madam also prepared yummy breakfast for us. Rooms of this Homestay are very specious, clean & comfortable! Executive & super deluxe rooms have a terrace where we could enjoy Sun rise & also sit & relax! I would definitely recommend this homestay for families & rate it as excellent!

I had a really pleasant stay at Magadha Hill View Stay in Alibaug. The place is extremely clean and very well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. One of my favourite spots was the terrace—it’s beautifully done with lots of plants and a lovely jhoola. The sunrises from this terrace are absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to start the day. The rooms were neat, spacious, and well kept, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality. We didn’t have a vehicle with us, and the owner went out of their way to help by arranging two-wheelers so we could travel around locally without any hassle. The location is peaceful yet convenient. The nearest beach is just about 2 km away, and other beaches like Alibag and Varsoli are within a short 5–6 km ride, making it easy to explore. Overall, it felt more like staying at a warm, welcoming home than a commercial stay. I would definitely recommend Magadha Hill View Stay to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place with kind hosts and easy access to beaches.

The environment around the homestay is peaceful and refreshing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The food was delicious, homely, and freshly prepared – it really added to the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking for good hospitality, hygiene, and a beautiful environment. Highly recommended!

Homestay was good and mountain view added an advantage. But one suggestion I would say to add or provide a complementary Drinking water or a common RO filter. Everytime guest can't afford to buy a water bottle. If homestay provide complementary Drinking water It will help to reduce guest's cost.
