Konkan Villa Homestay

Beautiful and very clean space to stay.... walkable from beach...food is delicious and service is very good.....

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect as the beach is on the back side of the hotel on a 5 mins walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others as it's a value for money and looking forward to stay here again.

I stayed at Konkan Villa Homestay for 2 days in November '25. It's a very quiet property at a great location with lots of trees and plants. The hosts Diksha and Raju are very welcoming. Diksha cooks great food. I tried Malvani food and fish fry. The hosts go out of their way to help guests. I even had bonfire there. Lovely place and great food. Will visit again. Prices are reasonable too. Both of stay and food. Diksha can arrange bike, water sports and boating too.

We stayed here for 1 & half day. It's good for family and friends. The rooms are very clean. Raju & Diksha is also very good and supportive. The food here is also very good and tasty. This villa to tarkarli beach walking distance 5min. The owner is very kind. I personaly suggest for vacation stay.

A Hidden Gem – Felt Just Like Home! ​We had an unexpected stay at Kokan Villa Homestay after our original booking was canceled, and honestly, it was a blessing in disguise! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. ​A huge shout-out to Diksha and Raju, who run this place with so much heart. They attended to every single detail and made our stay seamless. Since we were traveling with a baby, we were a bit anxious, but they went above and beyond to ensure the baby was comfortable and well-taken care of. ​And the food? Diksha is a culinary superstar! Every meal she cooked was absolutely delicious. She truly is the "super lady" of the villa. ​If you’re looking for genuine hospitality and a warm, family-like atmosphere in Konkan, look no further. Wishing Diksha and her husband all the very best—we can’t wait to come back!
