Strongly not recommended this place. We booked rooms in advance. After reaching the hotel, we found that the toilet seat was broken. And the other room has a window issue. We told the owner to shift us to another room, but they said we have to pay extra for the other room. We pay 1300 for a room for the whole day, but you will easily get a better room at 1000 in malvan.

It's a budget homestay and good one. Location is amazing. If you are with family, you can avoid or book in advance to ensure you get proper and suitable room else avoid. but if you are with friends on budget tour you can stay. Food is excellent and tasty. Bit conjusted but that's the budget hotel. Staff is helpful.

We had a disappointing experience at Khobrekar Homestay. The cleanliness and facilities were far below expectations, and the place was very dirty when we arrived, so we decided not to stay there. I hope they improve hygiene and basic maintenance. Instead, we recommend staying at Subhedar Homestay, which is nearby and conveniently located close to major places. We had a much better experience there.
