Visited Jungle Spring Resort for 1 day and honestly the experience didn’t match the price. At reception, the two staff members had almost no knowledge about the property and were mostly busy on their phones. There was no greeting or guidance. They simply handed over the key and we had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves. The premium cottage location is nice, but there was no power in the room. When we called reception, they kept saying it will come in “10 minutes,” but the power was not available for more than 3 hours, which was very frustrating. Food taste is good, and the kitchen staff (two girls) were polite and helpful — that was a positive part. However, the food is too costly compared to the place and service level. The best part of the resort was the adventure activities — Ravi and his team were excellent. They actually put in effort and hard work and made the evening enjoyable. But overall, most of the local staff seemed untrained, roaming around with phones, and kept saying “management told us” instead of helping with solutions. For ₹7,499 (premium cottage), it feels like a waste because it doesn’t include food (only breakfast). Breakfast was very basic (dried poha + tea), and even coffee is chargeable. Nearby small tea/snack places provide better quality and value. It feels like the focus is more on money than guest experience. Also, if you check Google Maps nearby, you’ll find many homestays offering better food, stay, and service at a better price. Conclusion: Good location + great adventure team, but poor reception/service and not worth the premium price.

Jungle Spring Resort is generally seen as a pleasant nature retreat, with a beautiful setting, tasty food, and friendly staff — suitable for weekend trips, family stays, or nature-oriented vacations
Visited this resort in September for the first time. Location is good but serious management issues. This happened with us second time. Advised a friend and he booked a premium room for family ( too costly. 5k without food ) They took 2.5k advance and when he reached the property after travelling 100 km he was refused the room. Alloted room to other customer in front of him and he was advised other room. Such irresponsible behaviour cannot be expected.
Absolutely perfect spot for 1 or more days family trip. Has alot of good things to enjoy for each age category. Clean toilets and clean room with surprisingly tasty food.
We stayed at Jungle Spring Resort on 6th January and had a lovely experience. The resort has a very pleasant and peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature. The staff was polite and the service was prompt. We also enjoyed the food — it was tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”
