Decent rooms. The food here was okay. Decent size bathroom. 26 inches LCD TV. One charging point each by the bedside. Service is bit slow. You have to call them atleast two times to remind. Overall budgetary place in Sawantwadi. Better for quick one day stay.

The rooms are good but if you want what you want, the staff does not come on time, the food in the restaurant below is good but the rate on the menu card is different and the rate is increased in the bill...

Budget hotel next to Sawantwadi bus stand at lower rates. Rooms are okay but washroom stinks a lot. Average experience overall

Could be nice if could add some tamil movies since when tamil people comes there is nothing to watch on tv

I had made bookings for few rooms for a family function.. The whole staff was extremely helpful & cooperative, rooms were also clean.. Special thanks to Mr. Satelkar who made our stay as good as home.. The owner made sure to make each of the guest are comfortable and even freely communicated with them for any feedbacks/complaints..

I am almost using saish for past 2 years for my stay . As it has a comfortable location, friendly accommodating owner and attentive staff. Cleanliness lags a bit as there are hidden cobwebs which can be easily identifiable.. the rooms look clean at first glance are comfortable but i suggest they should look into area of cleanliness. But the owner Mr Kulkarni is excellent par choice always has open years for suggestions and even amends them. The hotel has lots of scope for improvement with its standing in area of hospitality in sawantwadi.
