Hotel Saarah

Very Very bad service. Hotel receptionist is very rude. Hotel staff behaviour is not good. Whatever facilities are there, are very poor. No hot water, intercom doesn't work. TV setup box doesn't work. No proper ventilation and no mosquito net for windows. No room cleaning unless you told them. Wall has seepage issue and paint is peeled off. Rates are high compared to facilities and services they are providing.

Very small rooms but it easy location and convenient to single person.

I stayed here for just one night. It is a new guest house. Work is still going on. Everything from tea to breakfast is nearby below the building.

Very disappointing experience. The staff did not inform us about the minibar charges at the time of check-in. Later, they added extra charges without any prior explanation, which is completely unprofessional. Transparency is very important in hospitality, and this hotel failed badly in that. If minibar items are chargeable, guests should be clearly informed in advance. Overall, poor communication and bad customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.
