Good service and best rooms in reasonable price

Rooms are clean and good location and nice staff

Service was extremely disappointing, The service guy was reluctant to come & pickup our luggage to the room. The food ordered from downstairs was never brought covered to our room. Every time after dining I had to remind the staff to carry the empty plates back to the restaurant . The guy use to retaliate by saying I just came. & on the contrary he questioned us why the afternoon guy did not pick the earlier plates. Every time we had to remind regarding their services. Room fresher & dustbin was not allotted untill asked for. Toilet freshner was absent, handwash was not provided. We had to ask for everything. The service boy was busy with his phone & friends. The towels were of inferior quality & their threads would detach from it. It was/is not worth paying Rs.1800/- for AC room with self service.

Rooms are big size..but smelly..bed bugs will accompany you....only location is good near lake

All services including food, hotel staff, and spacious rooms were excellent. The AC rooms with a beautiful talao view made the stay even better. We had booked for just one night, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay for three more days. The best part is that there were no bugs or mosquitoes in this hotel. Earlier, when we stayed at another hotel in Sawantwadi, there were cockroaches — but this one was perfectly clean and comfortable.
