Best location, clean rooms. Renovation in progress.

Great location and it ends there. The bed linen was soo dirty, the pillow covers weren't worth mentioning, so were the towels. The bathrooms were super small but manageable. The Tv din't work, the fan wasn't cleaned for ages I think. The guys at the reception were nice though. Their breakfast restaurant was adjoining so that was an advantage.

I had stayed here with my family, my mom and dad are senior citizens. The room which they had allotted us was on 3rd floor and the the lift wasn’t working till 3rd floor, which was a bad struggle for us. On top of that the rooms had very strong smell of Baygon spray which was horrible and dangerous for us. We literally had to stay in a single room despite of booking. 3 rooms. The service was awful, staff pathetic the owner or manager was rude and arrogant. Since we had no option left that time we spend the time somehow. Please don’t fall for the pictures shown in the gallery, the rooms were not at all maintained, overall horrible experience, don’t even wish to give a single start.awful

Compact room and washroom, but in a small city options are limited so this is good for the price paid, service is just average, otherwise rooms were clean, good for price paid, avoid booking online... offline rates per night are better

No cleanliness in the rooms.. very dusty.. no room service. Really expensive I oaid Rs. 1250 for just one night stay. They don't even offer you a bottle of drinking water. Washroom lashes are broken. But location is very prime that's the only reason I stayed over there. No for next time.

Do not judge this place by its exterior appearance. Always go inside, inspect the room, and then decide. During my visit, I found several hygiene issues that were hard to overlook. The toilets had a persistent foul smell, the blankets had an unpleasant odor - similar to vomit and the towels seemed extremely worn out, possibly over five years old. This is a genuine review, not spam. I strongly recommend checking the room thoroughly before committing to your stay.

The worst hotel experience ever! It may look fine from the outside, but the staff—especially the receptionist—is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t even know how to talk respectfully with women, which raises serious safety concerns. I strongly advise the public not to stay here. They also seem to ignore basic government regulations, which makes the place even more unsafe
