Staff is supportive but very limited. Room is not clean but the toilet is clean.

Good location with spacious rooms and quality service. We been here with our family while on the way to Goa… it’s a budget hotel with huge rooms space and Neat and clean rooms…. Nice view from top floor rooms also staff is helpful and they also have the dormitory rooms for group booking…. Do visit if you are on the way to Goa or Amboli as well…..

Rooms are very cheap in rate. They are renovating the rooms basically paint work . Just one suggestion for owner to keep room, bed, furniture,fridge clean as it all has fungus. Which will be helpful for them too as they can avoid getting that waste due to fungus. Otherwise staff there is good as we know kokani people. But problem in four wheeler parking as there are shops below. Location best exactly front of sawantwadi st stand.

Room was very Dirty condition and also staff and owner behavior was very casual, i was cancel the booking and check in another hotel
