1. Very basic room in slum locality 2. Room clean up not done 3. The bucket and mug very dirty 4. Hot water comes very slow from the Geyser 5. Toiletries also not available 6. Boating of Rs. 1500 is expensive, this works with commission basis. 6. Beach is near to room Considering above things, the room price of Rs. 2000 per night is expensive.
