A very pretty and beautiful for stay out with family and Friends Staff is very cooperative Rooms are clean and food is good

Pros: 1. Good Location: The resort is easy to locate and well connected. 2. Nice Atmosphere: Surrounded by greenery, the environment feels peaceful and refreshing. 3. Pool Area: The swimming pool is decent in size and clean during the day. Cons: 1. Tree House Room: Extremely small for the price charged (₹5000 without food). Definitely not worth the cost. We don't use it for night as well 2. Lack of Wi-Fi and TV Service:No Wi-Fi providedbin the room, and the TV had no channel access even after multiple calls to the owner and caretaker. Only one news channel was visible despite being told the recharge was done. Wich is cost around 10 rs oer day. 3. Maintenance Issues: * Geyser not working in the morning. * No lights near or inside the pool at night, so the pool couldn’t be used. * Overall cleanliness and upkeep need major improvement. 4. Food Not Included: Room rates (₹3000 for regular, ₹5000 for treehouse) are only for stay — no meals included. We got to know this after reaching the food counter. 5. Poor Restaurant Service: The menu lists many items, but most are unavailable. The few dishes they serve are overpriced and below average in taste. 6. No Night Ambience: Because of poor lighting near the pool area, there’s no night view or any activity possible in the evening. 7. Unclear Management: The owner mentioned he runs the property alone, which shows in the lack of coordination and responsiveness. He didn’t even listen us during face to face conversation. 8. Overall Experience: We spent around ₹17,000 for 5 people and felt the stay didn’t justify the cost. Only the location and surroundings were satisfactory. Suggestion: The property has potential, but the owner needs proper staff or a business partner to manage operations and improve guest satisfaction.

The rooms were clean and the vibe was good. The service staff was extremely good. 12 Kms away from Boisar station, requires auto which costs 300 Rs. Food - Not good. Owner should look into this promptly. Lunch : Chicken gravy, chicken sukka, rice, roti, gulab jamun (2 piece) 1. Chicken Gravy had too much oil. We asked the owner to make dinner in less oil 2. Chicken sukka was decent, but we had to request constantly for a refill. Dinner : Chicken gravy, chicken 65, rice, roti, ice cream (1 cup) 1. Chicken Gravy had too much oil. 2. Chicken 65 was decent, but we had to request constantly for a refill. Later we were told this is complimentary.
