The place is quiet and cozy. It's clean and has easy beach accessibility. Owners are extremely friendly and cooperative. The food is delicious and fresh. The place offers good service, food and view.

Very good experience, property run and maintained by owner couple who are very hospitable. The dining area resembles a shack and you can laze around all day. Do not expect 3 star creature comforts, this is more for relaxing and unwinding. They also offer boat rides. Will definitely come back.

Owner is very humble n co-operative. They provide delicious home made food. We tried both veg and non vegetarian food .both are very delicious. Location is very calm n clean.

One of our most memorable college trips was to Nivti, pristine beach thats all for yourself, no crowds and superb hospitality.Boating for dolphin spotting, amazing fish cuisine and night time bonfire and dances were the highlight. Recommended dish : prawns fry. The people of this village are very helpful and hospitable, after all Kokan chi mansa..
