Very bad test specially fish , so oily and not good combitaion in masala also chicken handi also .

Rating 1 star because of pathetic service of the hotel staff specially... I booked the expensive deluxe room with charges higher than many local other hotels just to get the better room and service but what turned the worst is they offered me a smaller room saying it's a deluxe room which I doubted. First of all they never give warm water without asking for washroom and when I called and asked they gave it only for 2 minutes and I was in the middle of shower again getting ice chilled water shower.... When I called on their reception number which was written I the room nobody picked my call ever just ringing many times... Later when I went down and said in reception guy he instead started shouting on me saying sir it must be your fault I didn't get any call.. lying straight on my face. very arrogant behavior of the staff and pathetic service. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL PATHETIC SERVICE!!

The rate is too high and the taste ( quality )od food is below average

I booked a room via Cleartrip, but the hotel cancelled it by citing a fake a reason as construction work going on. When I visited the area, I found the hotel was very well open. The hotel management is not trustworthy in that case.

I recently stayed at Ganeshkrupa Hotel and had a mixed experience. One of the major issues I faced was with parking – the space was very limited and congested, making it difficult to find a spot. I had to wait until some guests left after their meal to get a place. Since the parking area is directly connected to the road, there’s minimal control over vehicle safety. The hotel staff was polite but nothing exceptional. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, which was a plus. However, the bathroom hygiene was below expectations, and the mattresses provided were old and seemed unclean. Considering the overall experience, I found the hotel overpriced for the amenities and comfort it offered. There is definitely scope for improvement, especially in cleanliness and facilities management.

Rooms are spacious but need to maintain hygiene. Hygiene wise required more and more improvement.

I had a very bad experience here. I found a cockroach in the food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. What’s worse, the owner didn’t even respond or take any responsibility when informed. This shows a total lack of care for customers. Very disappointing and unsafe — I would not recommend this place to anyone until they fix their hygiene and management issues.
